A handmade, completely handsewn leather cricket ball valet/desk tidy made from beautiful Red 2.5mm Lyveden shoulder hide. Designed and manufactured in my Woodcote workshop. This leather valet/desk tidy I have named "The Nightwatchman".
 
To produce the "seam" I firstly heat crease the centre line and dye it black. I then hand sew the 2 main stitch lines on each side using a slightly heavier thread and use a single needle back stitch to get the "slant". The 2 remaining lines are made using a thinner thread and a double needle saddle stitch. 
The valet is then handsewn in white thread and the edges are hand dyed and polished.
 
Made from 1.5mm English shoulder hide.
Completely made by hand and hand sewn.
Keep your phone, wallet, purse and keys safe and tidy. Can be used on the kitchen table or on your bed side table. 
Each corner has a prest stud fastening so it will lie flat in your suitcase enabling you to take it away with you.

I can personalise your wallet with up to 4 initials. You can choose gold, silver or blind embossed. Blind embossing is heat stamped but without any foil colour.
I traditionally emboss across the right hand corner as per the photo.
